Dr. Elizabeth Bellino provides oversight to communities for the achievement of desired results through effective planning, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of child health programs.

Coordinate with Ministry of Health and other organizations to determine the needs of the medical programs within the scope of current grants and contracts.

Develop clinical approaches and policies to improve the health status of newborns, children and families in low resource settings and underserved populations.

Work closely with local office medical teams (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, community health workers, etc) to determine the training needs of medical staff.

Collaborate on the development of a global public health system which can provide program analysis and mentoring activities to support the needs of the local medical teams.

Cooperate with health, and management & evaluation teams to design and implement reporting systems to monitor and evaluate the objectives, indicators, and outcomes of health projects.

Review monthly field reports, clinical protocols and essential drug lists for use in humanitarian responses.

Support headquarters, UN agencies and country office teams as well as their partners, for outbreak preparedness and obtaining essential medicines and medical supplies, while adhering to national drug protocols, budgets and donor requirements.

Work with country offices to analyze pharmacy reports and monitor medicine and medical supply consumption.
